Project 365 (15th -21st June)

Thankfully a quieter week but still some fun things done as well as working on some long term projects.

Sunday 15th June

Happy Father's Day 

Monday 16th June

A day out with Year 4 to look at rivers and see what wildlife lives there. Obviously I had to wait until all the children were out of the area.

Tuesday 17th June

 

This is taking a lot longer to complete then I thought it would. I have been working on it for about 8 hours over the last few weeks and it is only about 1/3 complete. I really want it to be finished by the end of the month so I guess there will be a lot more hours taken up sticking the dots on.

Wednesday 18th June

Thank goodness for leftovers. Although this Slow Cooker Fajita Orzo may not look the most appetising it was very nice and filling.

Thursday 19th June

Thought I would try this to keep the car cool as the sun is on it most of the day. I can't say it worked that well. So glad I had air conditioning in the car.

Friday 20th June

An early morning walk before it got too hot for Penny. Like me she is definitely not a fan of the heat. I asked Matthew to put on her cooling vest if she got too hot inside.

Saturday 21st June

Made a chocolate cake for Emma to take to her friends for when they play Dungeons and Dragons. She will have to make her own soon when she moves out.
